מִזְמוֹר שִׁירוּ לַיהֹוָה שִׁיר חָדָשׁ כִּי־נִפְלָאוֹת עָשָׂה הוֹשִׁיעָה־לּוֹ יְמִינוֹ וּזְרוֹעַ קׇדְשׁוֹ׃

A psalm. Sing to GOD a new song, who has worked wonders— who with right hand, and holy arm, has won victory.

הוֹדִיעַ יְהֹוָה יְשׁוּעָתוֹ לְעֵינֵי הַגּוֹיִם גִּלָּה צִדְקָתוֹ׃

GOD has manifested victory, and displayed triumph in the sight of the nations—

זָכַר חַסְדּוֹ וֶאֱמוּנָתוֹ לְבֵית יִשְׂרָאֵל רָאוּ כׇל־אַפְסֵי־אָרֶץ אֵת יְשׁוּעַת אֱלֹהֵינוּ׃

mindful of God’s steadfast love and faithfulness toward the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth beheld the victory of our God.

הָרִיעוּ לַיהֹוָה כׇּל־הָאָרֶץ פִּצְחוּ וְרַנְּנוּ וְזַמֵּרוּ׃

Raise a shout to GOD, all the earth, break into joyous songs of praise!

זַמְּרוּ לַיהֹוָה בְּכִנּוֹר בְּכִנּוֹר וְקוֹל זִמְרָה׃

Sing praise to GOD with the lyre, with the lyre and melodious song.

בַּחֲצֹצְרוֹת וְקוֹל שׁוֹפָר הָרִיעוּ לִפְנֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ יְהֹוָה׃

With trumpets and the blast of the horn raise a shout before GOD, the King.

7

יִרְעַם הַיָּם וּמְלֹאוֹ תֵּבֵל וְיֹשְׁבֵי בָהּ׃

Let the sea and all within it thunder, the world and its inhabitants;

8

נְהָרוֹת יִמְחֲאוּ־כָף יַחַד הָרִים יְרַנֵּנוּ׃

let the rivers clap their hands, the mountains sing joyously together

9

לִפְנֵי־יְהֹוָה כִּי בָא לִשְׁפֹּט הָאָרֶץ יִשְׁפֹּט־תֵּבֵל בְּצֶדֶק וְעַמִּים בְּמֵישָׁרִים׃ {פ}

at the presence of GOD— who is coming to rule the earth: [God] will rule the world justly, and its peoples with equity.
