לַמְנַצֵּחַ עַל־נְגִינַת לְדָוִד׃

For the leader; with instrumental music. Of David.

שִׁמְעָה אֱלֹהִים רִנָּתִי הַקְשִׁיבָה תְּפִלָּתִי׃

Hear my cry, O God, heed my prayer.

3

מִקְצֵה הָאָרֶץ אֵלֶיךָ אֶקְרָא בַּעֲטֹף לִבִּי בְּצוּר־יָרוּם מִמֶּנִּי תַנְחֵנִי׃

From the end of the earth I call to You; when my heart is faint, You lead me to a rock that is high above me.

כִּי־הָיִיתָ מַחְסֶה לִי מִגְדַּל־עֹז מִפְּנֵי אוֹיֵב׃

For You have been my refuge, a tower of strength against the enemy.

אָגוּרָה בְאׇהׇלְךָ עוֹלָמִים אֶחֱסֶה בְסֵתֶר כְּנָפֶיךָ סֶּלָה׃

O that I might dwell in Your tent forever, take refuge under Your protecting wings. Selah.

כִּי־אַתָּה אֱלֹהִים שָׁמַעְתָּ לִנְדָרָי נָתַתָּ יְרֻשַּׁת יִרְאֵי שְׁמֶךָ׃

O God, You have heard my vows; grant the request of those who fear Your name.

7

יָמִים עַל־יְמֵי־מֶלֶךְ תּוֹסִיף שְׁנוֹתָיו כְּמוֹ־דֹר וָדֹר׃

Add days to the days of the king; may his years extend through generations;

8

יֵשֵׁב עוֹלָם לִפְנֵי אֱלֹהִים חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת מַן יִנְצְרֻהוּ׃

may he dwell in God’s presence forever; appoint steadfast love to guard him.

9

כֵּן אֲזַמְּרָה שִׁמְךָ לָעַד לְשַׁלְּמִי נְדָרַי יוֹם יוֹם׃ {פ}

So I will sing hymns to Your name forever, as I fulfill my vows day after day.
